In September of 2011, the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) party alleged that former senator for Oguta Constituency of Imo State, Arthur Nzeribe, and the former governor of Imo state, Ikedi Ohakim, bribed Mrs Celina Okoh,who at the time was the resident INEC commissioner for Imo State, with $25,000 to rig the elections of the Oguta constituency.
